48 hour replacement service
Valid throughout Europe for d&b controllers and
amplifiers under the 5 year warranty.
If a failed unit arrives at a d&b partner before 12 o'clock CET, the
partner will be supplied with a replacement within two working days.
Repairable units will be overhauled, updated and then assigned to the
replacement service.
The replacement unit will carry the same remaining warranty as the original
unit.
If a replacement unit is not desired, the failed unit will be repaired as
quickly as possible.
