Positioned at the very heart of the d&b System reality, the D6 and D12 amplifiers not only power, they comprehensively control d&b's loudspeakers by using Digital Signal Processing (DSP) to provide loudspeaker configurations, functions and sophisticated protection. Both channels of the D6 and D12 have user definable 4-band parametric equalization and delay capabilities, while d&b Load monitoring and System check are incorporated to monitor driver condition. The amplifiers are equipped with analog and AES/EBU digital signal inputs with digital elements specified and constructed to achieve audio performance meeting, or exceeding, that of analog devices.
