Are you a Learning & Development Expert (f/m/d)? Then we need you here! Preferably full-time, but part-time is also possible by agreement.

As Learning & Development Manager (f/m/d) at d&b, you will find the right conditions to further your career and personal development. In geographical terms, because we are internationally positioned. In professional terms, because we've established a leading position in the pro audio industry, set international benchmarks, and are happy to share our knowledge and expertise with you. And in personal terms, because at d&b you can shape the future of music, audio, and technology together with audio-mad colleagues. How does that sound to you? Let's hope it sounds as good as our audio solutions!

Well, then, let's talk about your tasks as Learning & Development Manager (f/m/d):

  • Have fun learning with a sense of curiosity in the flow of work. Your job is to develop learning paths, learning designs, promote learner involvement, and manage learning processes. This includes our learning formats that range from onboarding, compulsory training through to knowledge transfer.
  • Shaping sustainability by developing competencies. You are responsible for setting up and expanding innovative competency models and skill management in the LMS.
  • What matters is the content. Derived from the strategy in close consultation with the technical departments, you will define the content roadmap and actively implement it. This includes the production of d&b-specific content or the purchase of standard content.
  • Thinking now about tomorrow. Your tasks also include the continuous development and maintenance of the learning ecosystem.

So much for your job. Now what we expect from you.
