d&b APAC is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Business Development Associate. Your job as a business development associate is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

The business development role will have the following roles:
  • Identifying new leads in the APAC region
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Writing monthly reports
  • Providing feedback for product development

Lead generation activities will typically include:
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions on specification and design
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Coordinate visits, training and segment activities


The successful candidate will have the following traits and skills:
