We hope you’ve enjoyed your visit to the d&b demo room.

If you want to learn more about the d&b technologies and tools we’ve covered during our demo session, you’ve come to the right spot.

Ready to dig deeper? Here’s a collection of content inspired by our ISE demo. Take a look around and dive in wherever you like.

Incredible Sound.

Incredible sound is the ability to deliver art to the audience as intended, to do this you need constant tonality, low distortion, as well as broadband directivity control - something we've been obsessed with for many years.

From our large‑format cardioid line arrays to our rather compact models, our systems are designed as a whole: loudspeakers, amplifiers and DSP working together to deliver uncompromised audio performance.

For Every Listener.

Incredible sound should be for everyone in the audience, and not just those standing in the perfect spot. Constant broadband directivity ensures the same tonality across the width of the audience, while ArrayProcessing maintains it from the front to the very back of the room.

And when spatial precision is required, d&b Soundscape shows that anything is possible.

Even our smallest loudspeakers, like the brand-new 42S, are engineered for wide consistent directivity in short-throw and surround applications.

Accurate Planning.

Confidence is not a coincidence. Great results start with making the right decisions long before you arrive on site, which is why d&b offers an end‑to‑end planning workflow from design through commissioning.

With ArrayCalc, you can simulate your sound system and verify coverage and alignment. HeadroomCalc, part of ArrayCalc, allows you to evaluate system headroom over time using real program material. And with NoizCalc, you can model noise emissions in advance to ensure compliance with local regulations.

These tools help you make confident decisions early, making efficient use of your time on site.

Efficient.

Efficiency means getting more out of what you put in, from cabling and power to rigging and transport.

The 42S, for example, allows up to 32 units on a single amplifier channel. High system efficiency means reduced power draw, leaner infrastructure and more sustainable operation. Furthermore, tools like compression mode and array verification speed up setup and reduce complexity.

Reliable.

Built to last! You need a system you can trust. Always, in any climate, performance style or long‑term deployment.

d&b systems undergo weeks of stress testing in extreme conditions to ensure durability, from mud and seawater to desert heat. With our weather and seawater resistant options, we expand their life cycle even further.

Some systems have remained in use for over 30 years, like the recently replaced club installation mentioned in our demo.

U-Series: System Architecture Freedom.

Our U‑Series introduces a new generation of compact multipurpose point‑source loudspeakers, all with enhanced directivity control and a common design and full-range performance. Available in passive or networked variants, U-Series gives you the option of centralized and decentralized amplification, PoE++ and AC power, daisy chaining, single‑cable operation or full redundancy. Whatever your workflow or system design, U‑Series adapts.
