    The quality and security of our products are our highest priority. d&b operates a structured cybersecurity management framework supported by our Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).

    Report a vulnerability or security incident

    You can use this page to report:

    • Potential vulnerabilities in d&b products (e.g. insecure configurations, exposed interfaces)
    • Active security incidents affecting a product (e.g. suspected compromise, unauthorized access).

    Please provide as much relevant information as possible (product, version, environment, description, steps to reproduce, impact).

    What happens next?

    • You will receive an acknowledgement of your report after submission
    • Our PSIRT will review and validate the information
    • Where applicable, we will work on mitigation or remediation measures
    • We will inform you about the status and outcome of your report. Details may be limited.

    We handle all reports confidentially and in line with applicable cybersecurity regulations.
