Find a Job

Graduates: Your first performance. Fully committed.

Your development is our top priority, and you’ll hit the ground running: with clearly defined responsibilities, in day-to-day operations, and through your first independent projects or work packages. You won’t be on your own – experienced colleagues will support and guide you as you grow into your role. As you gain experience, your scope of responsibilities will expand and you’ll take your next steps forward. Whether you want to specialize in your field or move into a leadership role, we support you on your individual path.

What you bring:
As a graduate, you hold a completed vocational qualification of at least three years – ideally with additional certifications – or a university degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent). Initial practical experience is a plus, for example through internships or working student roles. Above all, what counts is your motivation to take initiative and your passion for your field.

Expert Career: Deep expertise. Powerful impact.

Your expertise makes the difference. When the team needs true specialist knowledge, you are the go-to person. At d&b, you’ll find the right stage for your know-how: as a key point of contact in your field, as a driving force in innovation and development projects, and as a subject-matter owner for processes. As you gain experience, you’ll take on responsibility for our most demanding projects, expand your scope for shaping outcomes, and advise both internal and external stakeholders. A specialist career path with real depth – and real impact.

What you bring:
As a subject-matter expert, you bring several years of professional experience along with proven in-depth knowledge in your field. You have successfully completed a vocational qualification, potentially complemented by additional certifications (e.g. technician or master craftsman), or you hold a university degree providing strong subject expertise. You enjoy solving complex challenges, ensuring the quality of our audio technology solutions, and continuously developing them further – taking full ownership of your domain. Career changers are also very welcome, provided they demonstrate the relevant aptitude.

Leadership Career: Your team. Your beat. Your responsibility.

You don’t just want to contribute – you want to lead, develop, and set the standard. At d&b, you take responsibility for people, budgets, and processes: you develop your team, steer strategically, contribute to guidelines, shape our company culture, and actively drive the continued growth of our position as a technology leader in the professional audio industry. As your responsibilities grow, so does your scope for impact: you make complex decisions and demonstrate strategic foresight as well as true leadership impact in an international environment.

What you bring:
You already have experience in leadership roles or as a project manager. Alternatively, you’ve built strong professional experience in a specialist career and are ready to take the next step into people leadership. Strategic thinking, decisiveness, and a hands-on mindset that provides orientation even in complex situations set you apart. Whether things get loud on stage or remain more subtle – together with your team, you always strike the right note.
